Ralf Roger C. Tagao, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Real Estate Broker by Profession.
He was born on August 20, 1984 in San Mariano Isabela, His Father’s hometown. He is the eldest among six (6) siblings and despite poverty; he studied hard and graduated B.S. Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines on May 2005. He took the CPA Board exam that year October 2005 and fortunately passed and became a CPA by then. He started working as an Auditor by that year then transferred eventually from one company to another company from year 2005 to 2014 working as an Accountant and the last job as Finance and Admin Manager.

At the start of 2012, he decided to review for the Real Estate Broker exam as he was influenced by his peers and friends. He took it by March 2012 and passed it in God’s Grace. At first, he decided to pursue the real estate career part time. He sold several units from Phinma Properties just doing it part time, serving his clients with the best service he can give. His clients come from friends, classmates, referrals and other online clients. Before November 2014 ends, He decided to dedicate his full time commitment doing real estate as he finds passion and happiness in the real estate industry. He commits to give the customer’s the best assistance that they can have so that they can get the property that they truly deserve.

As of now, he handles affordable properties in Metro Manila, provinces such as Batangas and Bulacan.
